The prices quoted are per apartment and day for stays of 5 nights or more. Not included in the price is the local tax of € 2.50, which is charged and paid per person (from 14 years old) and night on site.

  • Short stays: Minimum stay of 3 nights, 20% surcharge for 3 and 4 nights
  • Number of persons: Apartment 1 and 2 for 2 persons on request
  • Additional guests: for the 5thperson in Apartment No. 1. € 15 per night

When booking, we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total amount paid into the following bank account:

Cancellation conditions
In the event of cancellation less than one month before arrival, the deposit will be retained.
In the case of late arrival or early departure, the total amount for the booked stay will be charged.

We recommend our travel cancellation insurance.

Arrival and departure
The apartments are available for check-in from 14:00 on the day of arrival (earlier check-in is possible upon request) and must be vacated by 9:30 on the day of departure.

Pick-up service
Upon request, we offer a pick-up service from the train and bus station.

Bike & ski depot
Bicycles can be stored in our bike room, and your skis can be kept in our ski room.

Parking
You can conveniently park your car in our private parking area at the premises.

Bus stop
The bus stop is just a few steps away from our doorstep.

Pets
Pets are not allowed. We appreciate your understanding!

Shopping & restaurants
There is a small grocery shop just two minutes’ walk away. The nearest restaurant and pizzeria is just a kilometre away on foot. You can find more options in the neighbouring villages.
